Coaching Session with an Existential Edge

What is it all for? Everyone at least once in their lives enters this state of doubt—if you haven’t yet, watch the road ahead before it will jump out like a frantic deer and catch you by surprise. Existential questions can arise in anyone, whatever your age, educational background or socioeconomic status. They typically revolve around issues that are fundamental to life as such: death, meaning, freedom and consciousness, to name a few. How should we deal with the weight of all these things?

There’s no shame in struggling. In fact, living life is notoriously difficult. It is rife with absurdity, anxiety, grief, and wishes that by their very nature cannot be satisfied. At the same time, possibilities abound for life to be beautiful, meaningful and full of love and joy. We can open ourselves up to a life of positive freedom, presence and inner consent, if only we had some guidance.

COACHING SESSIONS

Speaking of guidance, it’s your lucky day! From July 2022 onward, I am offering free coaching sessions (group and 1:1). Grounded in my academic research in existential philosophy and psychotherapy at Cardiff University (UK), these sessions will help you understand your goals, obstacles, and strategies to realize the former in spite of the latter. Although client-centered, my signature coaching style has typical goals like becoming more present, dealing with anxiety, accepting responsibility and embracing the open-endedness of human life. Special expertise is available with regard to neurodivergence and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Looking for a coach with an existential edge? Sign up for the first session on July 5th via Eventbrite.
